Welcome to the forums. Just to clarify, the light is 120volt not 12volt. Is there a wall switch or is the switch on the fixture? If it's 120volt and fixture switched then you have some wire tracing to do. It could be tied into just about any circuit. Someone else here must be more familiar with this year. Good luck!
