I have to ask…how do you know the gas pressure is correct? If you have a Fairview regulator then it might be the issue unless you’ve done the actual testing for flow. If it’s igniting and running then the sail switch wouldn’t be an issue.

If you have the manual it might tell you what the single flashing light might mean. Otherwise, a post ignition failure could be:

Regulator
Control Board
Flame sensor
Poor air flow - check for bug nest
