Check your circuit breaker. They had a bad batch of the 50 amp automatic resetting circuit breakers they were using on that circuit. There are a number of posts in this forum about it and the recommended fix is to replace the breaker with a 80 amp automotive fuse. We had the same issue you describe when ours was brand new (Dec. 2020) and nearly froze. Once we did the swap, everything worked perfectly.
