" installed the correct heat pump controller so the rear A/C would actually pump heat" - Please let me know if and where you have posted about this particular fix. Our Montana has the "IN-Command" system which always turns the furnace on even when selecting electric heat. I suspect it may be due to some miswiring with the In Command or perhaps not having the correct heat pump controller. Your response will be most appreciated - Chris Aka Papa Z.
