Same thing happened to us. We had a 2019 3120 with what I thought were weak brakes on the initial outing. Looking underneath there was grease coming from 2 of the 4 drums. Pad area was filled with grease. This camper had so many issues it was replaced after one week of ownership with a new 2020 model.. I looked underneath at home and saw the same thing on just one drum. I took it apart and sure enough the cavity was filled with grease. I'm sure somebody with a automatic grease gun at the factory lost track of time watching a video and blew the seal.

Dealer sent me 2 new assemblies after I refused to let them touch it.

Seeing you have a 2020 I would bet that they were overfilled from the factory unless you have pumped them up with grease? This should be a warranty issue.
