Hi Pam,
A couple of thoughts...
First is that I also spoke to Sam Lengerich who is the Montana Product Manager. He indicated to me that they see the factory as providing primary support for the Super Solar Flex as it is not something that fits with the typical support that dealers are used to providing.
Next, I will PM you the email addresses for Sam and for Matt. Between the two of them, I'm sure you can get the help you need.
