We have secured the services of Welch's Golf Carts to provide rental carts for use at the National Fall Rally. The cost to rent a cart for the week of 9/8 thru 9/15 is $246.10 including tax. To secure the use of a cart, call toll free 888-310-9333. After providing your name and email, you will receive a rental agreement to complete via DocuSign.
NOTE: Paragraph 6 (damaged equipment) on page 1 of the agreement is not applicable and has been waived by the company. In addition, initial lines 4 and 5 (cleaning and fuel) on page 3 also do not apply to this agreement, however, a quick rinse of a dirty cart is expected and if you were to use all of the full tank of gas provided, it is the renters responsibility to add fuel to keep it running until returned.
Golf Cart rental is an individual contract between the renter and Welch's Golf Carts. The end user assumes all liability.
It is
recommended that each
individual come prepared with a
cable and lock to secure the golf cart when not in use. We have been informed by Welch's Golf Carts that there is a shortage of new golf carts which makes used ones very valuable causing a significant increase in thefts.
Any damage and/or theft is the direct responsibility of the renter.
NOTE: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE USE OF PERSONAL GOLF CARTS AND ATV'S OF ANY KIND AT THE MOC RALLY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
