Sorry, maybe I wasn't clear in my original post. My 5th wheel does not have a bumper or a receiver. I would like to fabricate something that I can either weld or bolt on to the frame underneath the trailer and weld a receiver to that so that I can mount a bike rack. I'm thinking as long as the bike rack fits snugly into the receiver, the bikes should be fine.
My question is more specific to the 2013 3582 model. After purchasing I put it in storage for the winter. I do know that it has no bumper. Before I put it in storage I did not look underneath the trailer, so was wondering if anyone knew how difficult it would be to do the above to this specific trailer.
