I use the USPS service called Informed Delivery. It sends an email daily showing you a picture of your mail.. I then know what bills are coming and simply look and pay online (utilities, credit cars etc.). I forward mail to PO Box for extended trip since they won't hold for more than 30 days. The box is charged monthly but I pay for 6 months and they refund what I don't use. Easy!!
