Keystone only spoke to me after I made a huge deal on customer service. The one time I did get in touch with them, they told me they do not talk to customers, only dealers. The next few times I tried to contact them, there was no response. I could've waited on hold for the 13 people ahead of me, but I chose to leave a message. Email correspondence is not responded to either until I made a crap storm on social media. I'm glad you had good response, but that's not been my experience
