My unit has a Pro Plus InCommand system. I don’t think the water pump is included in the “travel lock out” systems. If you have your owners manual - you might try a “reset” procedure. If that does not help you can call ASA Electronics 800-635-3135 and get technical support. You will need to look at the lower right hand corner of your InCommand panel and identify your system as “Pro” or “Pro Plus”. Here are a couple of screen shots from my owners manual.
