To answer D.J simpson, Our 2021 3761FL legacy has the transfer switch that is also an EMS. It will not engage if it does not see proper incoming voltage. That being said, our factory transfer switch failed, it saw correct incoming voltage, but the contact would not fully engage. It was replaced under warranty.
