I have had both shoulders done and now need one done the second time. It is all of 6 months to get back to original but I have traveled one week after surgery, just get a physical therapist in the area your going and do the exercises the recommend. Some minor pain but mainly just inconvenience, Good luck and do exactly what they tell you to do!!
