Mine started this week. Yes, tried gorilla tape, waste of time. When we get off this trip I will have to order and repair as the OP did. PDF is great. One question, right behind my roller, a 1 1/2 inch piece of thick rubber came out. What is the thick rubber a part of? TIA.
