I have the Electric Bal accu-side in mine, the damage is exactly like yours.
My rollers are 6" wide, I ordered 12x36x.0125 UHMW (Black) I'll cut in half and install under the rollers, Like you mentioned left the slide slightly and install under the rollers and up against the wear bar with a bevel edge. Thanks for your information and help.
