I started mine tonight with the UHMW. I cut them and beveled the edge, and drilled and countersunk the holes. I was thinking about going under roller. Not so easy. I lifted my slide 2 inches and the tension on the roller keeps it tight up against the slide. My 6 inch rollers get there tension from thick rubber wedges in the roller housings. I wasn’t going to lift any further. I hope to finish tomorrow. Just food for thought. My slide is our biggest slide and are electric/cable style.
