Jim - the Keystone Luncheon will be held Monday, Sept 16 from 11:30a to 1p
Set-up will be from 11:00a -11:30a
Clean-up will follow meal after all have been served, quiety, in case presentation begins Remember we will be hosting around 400 people. We have 3 -4 rooms able to open up to one, if needed. The table s will be ‘rounds’, seating up to 8. comfortably.
PleaseNOTE, there is a second volunteer to act as VOLUNTEER - May I suggest, you and any significant other, may want to join forces with her and her significant other to CO-COORDINATE, as it will be large event???
