You have 3 GY tires that are all taller then the Provider tire as it is an 80 series tire. I also suspect the provider is load range E and not able to carry the weight that the GY's are able to. Plus being a shorter tire could affect the weight distribution to some extent and ST rated tires have a max 65mph rating while LT are at least 75mph rated. I would without a doubt replace the Provider with a GY of the same type and load range which I suspect is LR G.
