I want to know how she can only have $25k in coverage. That whole statement is outrageous. And it's not just her. This is a complete scam that allows insurers an out to fixing the damage their clients caused. Bad drivers aren't held liable, and apparently neither is the insurance company! This accident shouldn't have cost you a penny. I know we won't solve this issue in this forum, but it's still maddening and I'm sorry you've become their latest victim. Sure hope all turns out well for you. Sorry about my rant, that crap just riles me up!
