Fusebox Audio Alarm

After returning from a trip in early October, we put our 2012 3750FL in storage. We went out today to Winterize it and the batteries are totally dead. So I hooked up my car, via jumper cables, to one battery and then heard an alarm sound. After checking, it was coming from the fusebox, blocked by the dining room slide out. I turned the DISCONNECT key when I put it in storage but I guess there are certain systems that bypass the battery disconnect.
So my question is, what would cause an audible alarm to come from the fuse box? I never knew there was an alarm on a fusebox.
I stopped at Costco and they have my battery, which I need four, so I plan on installing new batteries and trouble shooting as well as winterizing? Does anyone have any idea what I should be looking for? I am BAD at trouble shooting anything electrical. Between my solar charger, the inverter, fuses, lights, etc..., I feel like I am trying to do brain surgery when I trouble shoot. Thank you for any guidance you can give me.
