Thanks Scott! I tried requesting a Veterans ID Card and boy was that a mess. I was previously authenticated by
www.id.me.com for a Veterans discount from Verizon. For the VA they wanted even more data, (drivers license pics and such) which I provided. They authenticated all of it and passed it off the the VA. But when I click on the "Request a Veterans ID Card" it fails with a message that they can't find my records in their system. Of course, human assistance is no where to be found. Oh well, another day I will try again.
