"Keeps your levelers out of the dirt and elements, which can save your leveler seals from being damaged by grit". Splain that to me a little better ... although you don't have to extend the cylinders as much to level up your fiver, you still have to extend them some. The wipers and seals still are exposed only to a lesser stroke.
