I guess I'm still too old-school to give up my absolutely free, at no cost, except the use of a chain saw, blocks of wood that came out of a 100 year old barn some 20 years ago. Those suckers are petrified now and more solid than concrete. I paint them different colors every couple years just to keep them looking nice. But they'll last forever, when all the plastic gizmos are long gone. And they cost me nothing, except a trip to my father-in-laws barn to retrieve them. He even let me use his chain saw to cut them. But when all our Montana's are long gone in a junk yard or recycled to a utility shed, those blocks of wood will still be in service by someone.



I also have 2x6, 2x8, and 2x4, used for under the MorRyde steps, to level picnic tables, and raise the tires for really unlevel campsites.
