Brought our new Montana HC home a week ago today. Still in the process of loading it. An hour ago a 2nd 12 volt battery was installed along with a real cutoff switch. Ten batteries can die quickly if you rely on the coach cutoff.
When I purchased my Cougar the 1st trip was to the tire dealer. The Trailer King LR E were replaced with Carlisle LR F. The wheels were only rated to 80 PSI, the tires at 95. They were run at 90. I had great luck with Carlisle on several trailers. Carlisle does not make a LR G tire so tomorrow, if it does not rain, 5 new Sailun 235/85/R16 LR G will be installed on the Montana. The dealer is buying the Rainier 235/80/R16 LR E ties. I feel fortunate the trailer made it from IN to the dealer! The wheels are rated to 110 PSI.
