Tank was 3/4 full last night and this morning ran out when washing up (tank read zero). Grey and black tank aren’t more full. Pump has NOT been running except when we have a faucet open/flushing toilet. We did not find any water/ice around the fresh water tank when we opened up the bottom side the other day. We are going to take it all down again and follow it up.

When I turn the knob (fill to regular) I can hear the water swish the first time which it always has. That area is nice and toasty so nothing frozen there. Also no leak in the compartment area where the pump is.

Of course this happens when we have a winter warning and temps will be going in the negative. 😒
When you say ran out when washing up (tank read zero) these may be two different things. If the tank reads zero but you are still pumping water I say the sensor or read out is bad. It is hard for me to believe you can loose 40 gallons of water overnight and not see a wet spot somewhere.
