OK FOLK, JOHN HAS GIVEN YOU THE BASICS ON THE RAFFLE AND DOOR PRIZES. What he didn't tell you is that this event is the main fund raiser for the Fall Rally. It basically pays for the Rally. The money you paid for registration fee is just a small amount needed to pay the expenses for the Rally.

To all attendees:

The money raised goes to help pay for the two tents; the supplies like plates, utensils, napkins, cleaning supplies and much more; the coffee and water that if furnished for the attendees daily for the whole week; the audio/video equipment; and any incidental things that come up during the Rally.

To those that have been to the MOC Fall Rally before, you know the drill and the procedure.

All we are asking is that you go out and ask for a donation or multiple ones from the people/businesses you deal with while you are using your Montana or that carry camping items or things to do with camping.

I'm going to rename some of the places your can hit up for a prize/gift to be brought to the Rally and put on "The Table". This is just some: Your Dealer, Camping World, Bass Pro Shop and Cabela's; your banks and credit unions(they always give things away to their customers), Tractor Supply(TSC) or any farm supply store that may carry camping supplies, the big name hardware stores( Menards, Lowes, Home Depot, ACE Hardware), Harbor Freight and Northern Tool, and your local Mom and Pa store. How about the campground you frequent or your favorite one you go back to, to enjoy your unit for weekends or longer( what a perfect way to promote their campground by giving a certificate for a couple of days or a weekend). Do you do crafts or know someone that does? Why not bring something like that to put on The Table?

We are also looking for help to sell tickets for the Raffle. If you would like to volunteer to help us sell tickets post here on this thread.

OK, that is what it is all about. What are you waiting for? Get off the computer and go out and round up some prizes for this years Rally.
