I was going to suggest the same as Bob. Occam’s razor - the simplest explanation is probably correct. The odds of all that wiring, on different circuits going bad at once is very low. The chance of a wire being loose on one leg is much more likely. Have the park come out with a meter and check the pedestal. Or, if you can plug into another pedestal temporarily it would be even better. Best of luck. Let us know what the problem ends up being.
