How did you check the fuse? Meter? Pull the fuse for visual? Look at blown fuse indicator LED?

You can usually tell an open fuse by looking at it. But not always. And the blown fuse indicator LED will only illuminate if the fuse is blown and it is connected to a completed circuit. Meaning the switch is on and bulb(s) is in the socket providing a path to ground.
