The 18 tooth is for light duty and yhe 15 tooth gear is hdHD. Alignment is done by moving the slide halfway out. A jack and wood is need to take the weight off the gears. .the bolt sizes are 7/16.. ratchet and box end or drill with socket. Can't recall gear pack bolt size.
