377FL w/ Gen Prep
I have a 377FL with generator prep, but they only ran wires to the junction box in a pass-thru. I went ahead and ordered a pig tail 4-wire 50amp, the j-box says only to wire for 30amp gens, which is weird but I already have a 30-amp portable rv generator i was going to use anyways (its got 4 wires(50amp), not 3 for 30amp though). My question is can I wire the pre-wired cord to the pig-tail and when connecting my 30amp gen use a 50amp-30amp adapter and everything be good?
