Water heater issuse
Our 04 Mountineer rear kitchen had the same issues. For the gas I cleaned the propane burner at the water heater. For the electrical it baffled me for quite a while I had no power to the water heater at all. It turned out there was a plug under the cabinets in the Kitchen that must come unplugged from vibration during transport. Good luck hope you figure it out.
