This is correct. If the "white lines" were for the clothes washer they would be red and blue like the others. The white lines (actually just 1 line that make a U turn at the back flow preventer) feed the black tank rinser and the reason it's there is to have a place for the back flow preventer. Some people replace a leaking one and others just remove it as you did. Not all "RV techs" know what they are doing. All 3 Montana fivers I have owned were/are like this.
