We have a 2013 3402RL...recently installed SoftStart RV units on both the A/C's...discovered when installing these that the "RUN CAPACITOR" leads on the front A/C were wired in reverse of what they should have been. This caused the unit to not create cool (er) air as the capacitor was not "kicking" in after the fan motor started. You can easily check this yourself...remove the cover of the unit in question, look at the top of that run capacitor. The White wire should be connected to the "C" terminal, the Red wire (there might be 2 wires here) should be connected to the "HERM" terminal. A Brown wire should be connected to the "FAN" terminal. Our units are the Dometic Brisk I and II units...13.5K in front and 15K in the living room area.
