40.6F here in Yuma, seems like the whole continent is cold!! At home in Alberta, it has been -30's. My son is living in a Sunnybrook, and so far only had his sewer freeze shut. His propane was frozen one morning, but luckily all tanks were empty and nothing froze. I won't complain about our temps!!!
