That's a nice floor plan. I love the big living room. Since it's a 19 it has some miles on it so most of the bugs have been worked out. Does it have solar or lithium? If not I'd highly recommend upgrading at least to lithium batteries. I found a really good Lithium at a low price that has been preforming extremely well.
