Welcome to the forums and congrats on getting your new Montana! We had Dish Satellite for a few years and used the Tailgater cube antenna. Before we went on the road, I practiced setting everything up and taking everything down several times at home. After I figured it out the first time at home, setting up was pretty easy. Then we started hitting different campgrounds and that's when the real fun started. Everything I thought I knew didn't exist any more. Some campgrounds, I never could get it to work. In time, we switched back just over-the-air television and when streaming video became the norm, we started using that. We use our phones as Hot Spots. We have AT&T and Visible. Between the two of them, it's still cheaper than what we ended up, at the end, paying for Dish TV. (something to consider in your future).
