Item #1: Replace Softclose drawer slides on 2 bedroom drawers - drawer slides are 12" when closed and 16" when extended

Item #2: Repair mechanism/replace 25" wide x 34" long blackout shade that will not retract (ISD)

If Keystone want to treat Item 1 as 2 repairs, I will get with ISD for replacement parts or Keystone can give me 2 pairs of slides and I will do the repair myself.
