I’ve been working on my 85 year old home place. We rented it to a couple with 3 granddaughters. She died and we didn’t collect rent for 3 years but they did manage to destroy the place. How do you break a toilet water tank? And the list goes on. If we don’t go bankrupt we should have it done in a few weeks.
