Even Factory installed Wash and Dryer are not always without issues. We had to pull our washer out to re-route the drain hose that the factory installer kinked causing low draining which in turn generated a fault code. And get this, our washer is sitting on a drain pan, BUT where a drain hose should be attached, nothing for the floor of the cabinet.
