Thanks to all. You got me thinking and I suddenly had and epiphany and thought to look through the pile of manuals I have and sure enough there it was, the Dometic 9100 installation instructions. Wow, even at this grand age I continue to amaze myself.



I have an email into my dealer to see if it's covered under my lifetime warrenty. After that fails, I will call Dometic and talk to them. At least now I know that it's called the front channel that needs replacing and I see what Paul meant by pinning the left side to lock the toursion spring. Once I obtane the part I will be able to install myself with the extra pair of hands of my grandson.
