I have a 2010 Montana Mountaineer. My awning motor is a Dometic. The arms are the older style with a cylinder. The motor went out last year. A local RV Repairman bought our motor from Dometic in Dallas with overnight shipping. It cost $600 for the entire job. He pinned it. And he used a small garden tractor battery to touch the leads on the motor to align the gears right. He said the small battery spinned the motor at a much slower speed so he could control it better.
