Madmax: I am pretty sure your 2013 doesn't have the capacitive touch thermostat that caused so much trouble. Those came much later. It really helps if you add your Year and model to your signature.
Your style thermostat usually shifts through the various functions by pressing the Mode button. If Furnace isn't coming up there must be a reason. Here is a link to the manual for your thermostat
