Your style thermostat usually shifts through the various functions by pressing the Mode button. If Furnace isn't coming up there must be a reason. This my best guess to the one you have).

I have a 2013 3582RL. There is only one thermostat which is located beside the steps going to the bedroom. It controls both zones in the trailer and as you mentioned, shifts through the various modes. Currently, I can only get the cool mode to show up.
