Seems like if the furnace is firing up and running normally then it should be producing adequate heat. Does it feel like you're getting enough air flow to the floor vents? After sitting that long is it possible that something has nested in the ducts and restricted air flow? You also might need to remove the wall in the belly storage and take a look at the ducting to make sure it's in good shape and well connected to the furnace.
