Wow! The Bay Area is not RV friendly and parks there are expensive. A quick look showed Trailer Villa RV Park in Redwood City to be a decent (based on reviews) place but at $96 a night it is pricey. If you are willing to drive, in congested traffic, there are other options but still pricey and diminished ratings.
RV Life Trip Wizard is what i use to find parks.
