I have a 2016 HC 352 RL, the difference is you have a residential fridge and I have a RV fridge.I had the same problem last year. The slide doesn't have rollers just a slide "guide bar" made of rubber which runs the entire length of the slide. The old style will collapse and the slide will drag on the floor. There is a new style which is more robust and designed differently. Keystone replace mine last year at the Fall Rally.
