I don’t know how much it should cost - but for comparison, there is an after market competitor called Vroom Slide Systems out of Arizona. I first read about them on IRV2…evidently there are lots of motor homes that use Schwintek systems on those big full side slides. The Vroom system is similar to Schwintek but looks to be a more substantial design. For reference here is a screen shot from a thread on IRV2 about the cost of Vroom slides…
The other nugget to glean is the project duration…one day. Vroom has to remove the slide box, existing H columns an install their columns and motors. I would think a Schwintek repair would be a one day job also.
