on our 2021 the front AC is the heat pump, the front thermostat also controls the furnace. Rear is only cool. Both units seem to be ducted together in the ceiling. A least mine is.

Yes, both AC units share same ducts. Of course the propane furnace is ducted separately in the floor and is also used to heat the water system in the floor cavity in freezing temps.

The front ac has the heat pump, electric heat on the thermostat. If it's below around 40 degrees outside my gas will come on first, even on electric heat mode.

I have a 2021 3761FL and it is the front unit for me. Use the thermostat that has electric heat as an option. Turn up the temperature on the thermostat and see which unit turns on.

We installed a Micro air thermostat on our front AC unit. I have found it will start both the furnace and Heat pump if I turn the temp more than 4 degrees at a time. I think that is the safety, if the heat pump cant keep up and the temp drops more than 4 degrees below setpoint it will run the furnace.

These are dimensions for my rig - but some sizes will be the same over many units.

The 3761 fl has a heat pup and propane elect heat. The heat pump is ducked in the ceiling. The gas heat is ducked in the floor. Both the heat pump and propane heat is controlled by the front thermostat. The thermostat in the bedroom controls only the rear ac. The propane heat also heats the underside of the camper keeping pipes from freezing. The heat pump only heats the inside of the camper no heat to the underside. Also the heat pump only works about above 50 degrees. Lower then that you need to use the propane heat.

Welcome to the forum. Los of good people here. We fulltime in a 2021 3761FL and love it. Be careful, there is too much storage space and you can quickly get in trouble with weight before you know it, don't ask me how I know! I am sure you will love it also!
Sincerely,
Todd
