Schwintek slide-good phone number for Keystone

Good morning all; just got back from 2 1/2 weeks in ID and the Schwintek slide is acting up again. Does anybody have a good phone number for tech support or whomever I should call. My system has been repaired twice: dealer replaced H frame and a 2nd shop totally removed slide and rebuilt under warranty. Open/closed about a dozen times and now acting up again.
Looking for phone number to discuss: Schwintek fix/maintenance/etc.
Thanks
Jack

Procedure:
Pull into parking site and get nearly level side to side with orange blocks
Hook up power cord
Unhook and used auto level
Check auto level with add on bubble levels: front to back and side to side.
Recheck inside coach with carpenter level
Then and only then-extend slide outs while power is connected

Don't delete the post. We want to know the outcome. Mine is in the shop right now. Slide binds when extending. OK retracting. I have to put it in manual mode to get it out. The dealer is once again wanting to replace all of the components. Thanks good for the extended warranty.

Call Vroom Slide Systems 520-465-5066 in Tucson, Arizona and have them replace with their slides.
Everyone that has had it done has NO more slide problems.

Thanks for replies.
Daryles: doing the work myself is beyond my patience and attention span.
jann: I spoke with Vroom a little over a year ago and price was north of $8K as I recall. So far original dealer replaced all H structure= worked several times and then stalled. Second dealer (under original warranty claim) removed slide, shimmed and installed new H structure. Again, worked several times and then stalled damaging gears. Therefore, we think (Lippert as well) we're under the last one year repair warranty; so, hoping Lippert/Keystone come up with a fix and so I don't have to spend the Vroom $$. But, Vroom may still be in the cards as we like the coach.
Thanks again

Wow…….i had my Jayco scheduled at Vroom 1.5 years ago…….had to cancel as hurricane Ian put it on its side & it was totalled.
As I remember I think it was around $3500 for the big kitchen slide.

I hope Lippert/Keystone get you fixed up!

Lippert has been very helpful; they sent me the protocol for slide issues. Schwintek Manual Resynchronizing Page 9
ccd-0001602.pdf (lci-support-doc.s3.amazonaws.com)

I tried it and it actually worked; so far. The 1-2" in and out as per manual was used and apparently did synchronize the motors. Cross my fingers.
