Nautilus Shower Door

Anyone have any experience with the above shower door made by Stoett Outdoors? One of our sliding glass shower panels shattered and I need to replace it or get something else. I measure the opening 68" by 45", but it only comes in a 48". Did you just cut the cross bars down to 45"? Thanks

Here is a video about the Nautilus Door from youtubers Home with the Hoopers. I think this was in their Montana fifth wheel they had at the time.
The glass door replacement can be found on Trekwood.com. I will guess the glass replacement is close to $1000 with $300-$400 shipping - but its been a while since I looked it up.

You also might compare going to Stoett direct:

https://shop.stoett.com/

You mentioned a broken glass panel. If it’s a conventional shower door with panels, our unit came with doors from, Shower Enclosures of America (SEA). Their website only lists a phone number but they were very helpful when I contacted them about 2 1/2 yrs ago.

I have installed Nautilus shower doors on my last 2 trailers and love them. I view them as an upgrade over the glass panel shower doors. Not only do they weigh far less and not show the hard water spots, but they also open up the bathroom and make it feel a little bit bigger.

I bought them direct from Stoett and yes, that's exactly what you need to do. I would measure for each cut individually, top and bottom, as both times I installed mine the measurements were slightly different (1/4" - 1/2").

We installed the nautilus shower door in our 381th in 2019. It is simple to install. Works exactly like the company says it does. Simple wipe and forget maintenance.

I have a set of doors to give away if anyone is interested, pick up only in Maryland.
